Unemployment. Thousands of startups have been talking about this problem, yet the number of unemployed people are not getting better, even worst due to COVID19. BPS shows that there are 700k+ Unemployed Indonesian College Graduates, the second highest in the world. According to a market survey, this problem is raised due to: (1) Willingness to do a career shift, accompanied by low level of self-awareness and too much learning options on the internet, (2) Lack of information about profession day-to-day, (3) Growing competition, dominated by top ranked universities. Therefore, Aksel has a dream to help young generations achieve their career.
